Want to know how create HTML Frames?

I had someone ask me how frames work because he was interested in using them on his site, so I sent him my little tutorial.  At the time, I didn't know thoroughly how frames work.  Well, still don't.  But I did know how to figure it out with some experimentation.

If you want to dabble in this, download the Zip file I made and read the largest HTML file in there with a text editor.

This tutorial does assume a decently strong knowledge of HTML (such as knowing the HTML syntax for links and images), but assumes the exact syntax for frames is unknown. 

I don't remember how good my tutorial is.  And I'm busy working on other things, so I don't intend to do much figuring of it out.
